PC-3000 WD HDD Data Recovery Advanced Training
WHY COME?
These days, Western Digital drives are becoming more common and more complex, requiring advanced data recovery knowledge and specialised skills.
The good news is: there are ways to solve even the most complicated cases!
COURSE COMPONENTS
This advanced course focuses on teaching skills and expertise for recovering data from the widely used Western Digital SMR drives.
ACE Lab's experienced instructors will help you feel confident working with WD drives after this course, and the number of successful WD cases in your lab will be significantly higher.
Day 1
The first day is dedicated to basic knowledge and familiarisation with the differences between CMR and SMR drives. The hard drive structure and operating principles will be comprehensively analysed. You will acquire useful practical skills by solving real cases, such as unlocking SED-locked drives and working with a drive with non-original ROM.
Day 2
The second day will focus on overcoming the most common and difficult problems with WD SMR drives. Real hands-on tasks will provide you with the essential knowledge of how WD Utility and Data Extractor work with Service Area in general and Second Lever Translator in particular.
CERTIFICATE
Upon successful completion of the training programme, all course participants receive a certificate from ACELab.
PREREQUISITES
Participants must have already completed the HDD expert course at the ACE Lab Training Centre and/or have extensive experience in hard drive data recovery.
