Smallest mobile imaging workstation

The BeeCube ® is the smallest forensic solution of the mh systems series. It is especially designed for operations with very little space.
The operating can be handled with the integrated touchscreen. There is no performance loss while imaging even with these small measurements!

The  BeeCube ® includes all features for saving digital evidence. The only thing you need to do to create forensic images is to plug the device in and connect the suspected media. For storing the evidence the BeeCube ® provides a hot-swappable, screw less backplane for changing destination drives without additional tools while the OS is running.

Triangula Software Next Generation Gunshot Detection System

State-of-the-art gunshot localization system

Triangula detects and positions gunshots from firearms by using mobile phones as sensors. The world’s most advanced gunshot detection system can be deployed in minutes by installing the Triangula Scout app on three or more mobile phones. No special hardware is required and there is no setup or calibration process. The system can cover large areas by adding mobile sensors.

Triangula is develop with support from the Norwegian Armed Forces.

FEATURES

Deployment

Triangula can be deployed as fixed installations. The phones are mounted in housings and connected to AC power for permanent surveillance of city centers and other high-risk objects. For temporary surveillance during special operations the phones can be positioned around the terrain running on its own battery power. Triangula also works with roaming phones to provide a continuous gunshot positioning around a team.

Detection range

Triangula uses artificial intelligence (AI) to identify and separate the muzzle sound from a weapon. The audible range of a gunshot depends on type of weapon used, gunshot direction relative to sensors, weather conditions, background noise and topography. Our rule of thumb is: If a human being can identify the audio from the gunshot Triangula will detect and position it. The detection range for a rifle in open environment with calm weather conditions is typically up to 2.5 kilometers. Detection range for a small caliber handgun in a city center with heavy traffic can be down to 200 meters.

Positioning accuracy

Triangula will usually positions the shooter with a 20 meters accuracy at a range of 500 meters.

Response time Triangula gunshot positioning is practically real time as the shooter is placed in the map within 4 seconds. Weapon identification Triangula uses artificial intelligence to identify weapon type and caliber. The system can also predict if a muzzle silencer has been used.

Gunshot direction

Triangula estimates gunshot direction. Contrary to competing gunshot detection systems Triangula can calculate the gunshot direction for both subsonic and supersonic ammunition and the sensor location in relation to shooter location is irrelevant.

False positives

Triangula will typically report less than one false positive per week for a setup with three mobile phones in an urban environment. By using the default Triangula setup the system can be up and running within minutes. In addition, Triangula supports several options for integration and security.

The TreCorder® is the highest performing portable device in the world for mobile digital-evidence-collection in computer forensics. The TreCorder® was developed on demand from and together with different public establishments at home and abroad. The TreCorder® is equipped with three internal HDD-Writeblocking-Devices (T356789iu), which guarantee a safe and legally suitable copy/cloning without changing any of the original data.

WRITE BLOCKED CONNECTIONS

MOBILE IMAGING WORKSTATION

The TreCorder/DuoCorder use only high-performance components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, etc.). These are significantly more powerful than comparable so-called mobile components (such as those installed in laptops) and they are considerably easier to maintain. With our TreCorders & DuoCorders, in addition to the on-site multiple forensic imaging of data carriers, forensic examinations can also be carried out at the same time as the imaging process. By default, the TreCorder & DuoCorder  are both configured as a dual-boot system. In addition to the Windows® operating system from Microsoft®, the device can also be started under Linux, which opens up a variety of possibilities for the IT forensic scientist. The essential core of the TreCorder are its three Write-blockers and of the DuoCorder its two, all from the world famous company Tableau. Write-blockers are an absolutely necessary component when it comes to securing digital data carriers in such a way that the data can be used as evidence in a court.
